Persistent trail of fine bubbles with a pale golden yellow colour.

A lively wine, with a good varietal expression, revealing aromas of white fruit (pear) and fresh, crusty bread.

A fresh, fairly intense palate, well balanced with good length: undertones of ginger bread and fruit aromas.

Serving Suggestions

May be served throughout a meal from aperitif through to desert.

It is ideal with recipes such as cheese soufflé, seafood, pike a la crème, chicken poached in Champagne or even fresh goat's cheese or brie.
